Here's a double page spread from Doctor Who: The Forgotten issue 1 that I colored. I used a similar but tamer texturing technique in later issues. I thinks its a bit harsh here.

I'm sorry, but I'm still cackling about how they even included Two's stovepipe hat that he had on for only one serial.

It's not that surprising if you think about it. He wore that stovepipe hat in his first televised story, which made an impression. That hat then made numerous appearances in several of the old "TV Comics" that were put out at the time. So, that hat has a better history of being in the comics than on TV. It only makes sense to have it in here.
